We know how tricky it can be to choose the right cologne as a gift (or even for yourself). Our sampler set offers a generous supply of four varieties that are ideal for true American cologne enthusiasts. It’s the perfect way to determine your signature pick before indulging in full-size bottles.
Our Heritage Cologne sampler embodies the story of American fragrance from 1840 to 1984. The collection features two of our classic colognes, Newport (1890) and Greenbriar (1984), as well updated formulations of Jockey Club (1840) and Tricorn (1941).
Newport - fresh & cool, with spiced citrus that floats on a briny ocean breeze, anchored by the botanicals and warm woods of New England’s rugged coastline.
Greenbriar - a fresh, soapy, familiar scent that’s refined yet a bit rugged. Mandarin and neroli mellow into Russian sage and leave behind the warmth of vetiver and the subtlest hint of patchouli.
Jockey Club - considered America’s first sport cologne and was a favorite of John F. Kennedy. Its masculine floral and herbal opening settles into a clean, slightly sweet, powdery dry-down,
Tricorn - opens with green and citrus notes, but the hint of cocoa and the base of cedar and sandalwood make it rich and warm; spicy yet not overpowering.
